摘要
采用Formaster-F热膨胀仪测定了4Cr3Mo2NiVNb(HD_2)热作模具钢等温转变曲线,并与HD钢进行了对比分析.结果表明,与HD钢相比,HD_2钢的A_(cl)、Ms下降,C曲线右移.该现象的产生主要是由合金的价电子结构所引起.
This paper described the determination of the isothermal transformation curves of hot working die steel 4Cr3Mo2NiVNb(HD2) and HD (for comparison) by means of a Formaster-F dilatometer. The results showed that Ac1 and Ms of HD2 were lower than those of HD respectively,while the C-curve of the former steel moved somewhat to the right. The phenomenon were supposed to be caused by the valence electron structure of alloys.
