高等教育中介组织的教育管理功能

Educational Administrative function of Higher Educational intermediaries

随着中国社会由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的转轨,社会资源分配的基本形式发生了重大变化,政府的职能也顺应经济体制的变化而发生了转变。在整个国家实行经济体制转轨和政府进行职能转变的背景下,中国高等教育不得不面对的一个重要问题是,在政府下放权力之后,谁来承担那些从政府中分离出来的管理责任?本文试阐述转轨后高等教育中介组织在新形势下承担了哪些教育管理功能,及其影响管理功能充分发挥的问题和对策。

With the transition front the planned economy to market economy in China, significant changes has occurred to the distribution of sociul resonrces as well as the function of government. In response to these changes, the Chinese higher education has to encounter a situation as to who will instead nf the government to assume the administrative functions？ This thesis will discuss the functions of higher educational intermediaries in this new situation, and the problems they meet and the countermeasures we can take.
