摘要
中国教育投入政策的问题主要是:投入总量少,投入结构不合理,歧视和限制民间资本以及盲目的教育产业化等。当前政府并不存在投入能力不足的理由,体制和观念是问题的主要原因。因此,必须从体制和观念上反思中国的教育投入政策,采取相应措施,破解现实中的诸多难题。
The problems of the educational investment of China include：a deficiency of total amount,unreasonable investment structure,discriminating restrictions on non-govemmental eapital and aimless industrialized education,etc.At present the govemments have abundant fiscal revenue and the primary causes are frame of govemment and improper ideas.So we must take eorrespondent actions to cope with these problems in tems of frame and idea.
