摘要
新课程背景下,分类走班教学倡导尊重学生个体差异,遵循学生个性发展。它按照主体性、掌握性、动态性和发展性等四个原则,采取立体授课和分类导教等不同措施,实施有差异的教学,促使学生在原有基础上得到程度不同的提高和发展。分类走班教学实践主要从组织管理策略、课堂教学策略、评估策略和教师发展策略等四方面展开。
Teaching in classified classes in the background of the new curriculum respects students individual differences in accordance with students personality development. With the principles of subjectiveness, mastery, dynamics and development, it adopts dimentional teaching and classified guidance measures, carries out teaching using different methods and materials towards different students, and finally promotes students' development at different degrees on their original agement basis. Classified classes teaching is carried out from four aspects of organizational manstrategies, classroom teaching strategies, evaluation strategies and teachers development strategies.
