摘要
从传热基本理论原理入手,阐述了管道临界保温直径的计算及应用;着重叙述了圆形管道保温优化计算的方法,分析了影响优化结果的主要常见因素;指出保温材料导热系数的取值、能源价格的波动是影响优化结果的关键要素。
On the basis of "theoretical principle of heat transfer, "the calculation and "the application of "the critical insulator diameter were stated in this paper, emphatically, the optimum method of calculating insulator "thickness for round pipeline was described. The main common factors affecting the result of optimum were analyzed. It is pointed out that the conductivity of insulating material and "the fluctuation of energy cost are keys of the optimum.
