不同升温速率下水煤浆的燃烧特性分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用热重-差热分析仪研究了胜利制浆厂水煤浆在不同升温速率下的燃烧特性,所采用的升温速率为10、20、30、50 K/m in,所用的气体为纯O2,气体总流量为100 mL/m in。根据实验数据计算了不同升温速率下水煤浆在不同阶段的燃烧动力学参数,分析了水煤浆燃烧特性。结果表明:随着升温速率的增大,水煤浆失水更加迅速,在低温段和高温段的动力学特征参数都表现出质量损失增加和活化能降低的特点,各特性温度也相应增加。 The combustion characteristic of coal water slurry (CWS) at various heating rates which is produced by Shengli CWS factory was studied by thermogravimetry-thermography analyzer. The heating rates used were respectively 10, 20, 30 and 50 K/min. The flow rate of 02 was 100 mL/min. Combustion chemical kinetics characteristic was analyzed through calculating combustion chemical kinetics parameter at various heating rates. The results show that the weightlessness of the coal water slurry will become faster and increase with the increase of heating velocity and the activation energy E will decrease in both low temperature region and high temperature region. The characteristic temperatures of the coal water slurry will increase simultaneously.
