摘要
科学发展观是当今社会共同关注的重大理论问题。实践科学发展观更是重大的实践问题。选择实践科学发展观的路径,必须研究自然界的内在规律,研究人与自然界间的博弈。确保人的发展与自然界的发展相协调,保护自然环境实现和谐发展,必须强化当代人的道德自律和制度建设。
Scientific development is a major practical problem as well as a major theoretical problem in the modem world. In order to realize scientific development, the inner laws of Nature should be carefully probed into and a balance of development between Man and Nature should be guaranteed. For this purpose, law formulation and man＇ s moral control should be strengthened.
