摘要
对助学贷款推行过程中出现的信用风险成因进行了分析,提出了完善的个人信用体系、强化诚信教育、加强贷款过程中的信息沟通和提高学生还贷能力等措施,以防范助学贷款信用风险的产生。
The causes of credit risks in the practice of educational assistantship loan are analyzed. It is proposed that some countermeasures be taken to prevent the risks,such as to establish a perfect personal credit system, to emphasize the sincerity education, to enhance communication in the whole process of loan,and to improve students＇ paying-back capability.
