摘要
使用外径为200μm的复合导管组装的X光透镜,可将发散的X光束聚成直径为250μm的微束。测量了透镜的能谱特性,选择不同范围能谱特性的透镜可改善XRF谱仪对个别元素的探测极限。与最佳几何但不带透镜的OMICRON微束荧光谱仪比较表明,带透镜的XRF谱仪对中重元素的分析灵敏度提高了近10倍.
Recent work on the XRF system with X-ray lens is reported. A lens consisting of polycapillaries with an coter diameter of 200 μm can focus a divergent X-ray beam on a spot of 250μm diameter. The spectral characteristics of the lens has been measured,experimentally. The detection limit for some element can be improved by using a lens with specific spectral characteristic. A comparative study shows that the sensitivities for the middle-heavy elements using the XRF system with X-ray lens is 10 times higher than those using the OMICRON microfluorescence analyzer without X-ray lens.
