摘要
参照国外资料,开展了放射性废有机溶剂热解焚烧处理过程的试验研究。首先进行了热解过程的小试验,在此基础上设计并建成了处理能力为3kg/h的台架试验装置。在台架试验中研究了各单元过程的规律和主要设备的性能,确定了运行的工艺条件,并进行了14d的连续运行试验。测试结果表明,本装置具有很高的磷固定效率和良好的放射性净化效果,过程进行平稳,易于控制。热解残渣用水泥进行固化,按照推荐配方得到的水泥浆和水泥固化体的性能均满足相应的技术要求,热解残渣的包容量可达27.5%(Wt)。
A pyrolysis process was developed for treating radioactive spent organic solvent.On the basis of preliminary laboratory study, a pilot unit was constructed. The performance of the pilot unit was examined. The feature of the process was its high efficiencies of phosphorus fixation and radioactivity decontamination.A continuous run of 14 d was carried out successfully. A formula was recommended for the cementation of pyrolysis residue. The specified technical requirements were met for the cementation product and grout with the recommended formula.
