当前世界各国均致力于科技兴国,对科技创新的前提和条件进行认真分析和深入思考,具有十分重要的意义。本文从体制、行为、思维等方面,分析了当代科技创新的若干前提和条件。
At present countries all over the world devote themselves to develop their countries vigorously with science and techndogy.
