充分利用媒体宣传促进高校科技人才队伍培养

Promote the Training of Skilled Personnel′s Team of the University Through Media

发挥媒体宣传的阵地优势、辐射力和影响力,为稳定、充实、造就、积淀高校科研人才队伍,助推高校科技创新团队的国际竞争力和竞争优势具有重大的意义。文章从高校科技人才队伍培养的体制创新、运行机制、舆论氛围营造和创新团队建设等方面阐述媒体宣传的作用,并提出几点思考。

Give play to the position advantage of the media promotion, radiate strength and influence power, in order to stabilize, substantiate, bring up, the accumulation university scientific skilled personnel＇s team, helping and pushing away international competitiveness and competition advantage of the scientific and technical innovation group of the university has great meanings. This paper explains the function of the media promotion from the respect of system innovation, operating mechanism, atmosphere building and innovative team building of the cultivating of the university scientific skilled personnel＇s team and proposes some thinking.
