摘要
重点学科建设是高等院校建设的核心,也是高校各项改革与发展的龙头。对东华大学近几年开展上海市重点学科建设所取得的成效作了总结,结合管理经验,提出:完善的管理体制是重点学科建设的保证;科学研究是重点学科建设的重要内容;队伍建设是重点学科建设的根本;充足的经费是重点学科发展的重要前提;优秀的学科带头人对重点学科的发展起到关键作用。
The key discipline construction is the core of high schools＇ construction, also the lead of the revolution and development of high schools. This article concluded the fruits gotten during the key discipline construction program of Shanghai at DongHua University in recent years, and afforded several personal experiences, such as ： the guarantee is the perfect management style, the main content is the scientific research; the root is the group construction; the precondition is the ample outlays; and the excellent discipline leader has the key effect.
