从科技产业化中三大行为主体入手,分析了中华传统文化在科技产业化发展过程中的负面影响,提出在转变观念同时,进行制度建设促进科技产业化的发展。

The paper analyses the negative effort to three main behavior body in the industrialization of science and technology which is caused by Chinese traditional culture, and then brings forward constructing systems and changing old ideas in order to accelerate the developing of the industrialization of science and technology.
