企业孵化器发展的外部制约因素及对策

External Restraints and Countermeasures upon Business Incubator Development

企业孵化器是扶持新创企业的有力工具。中国企业孵化器产业经过近二十年的发展已取得显著成果,同时在发展过程中逐渐暴露出一些问题,而这些问题的产生在很大程度上是由于孵化器外部环境发展不足引起的。深入分析了融资环境、扶持政策、企业创新能力和动力、区域开放度等方面的限制因素,并提出了针对性建议。

Business incubator is the quality tool for supporting entrepreneurial business. Chinese Business Incubator Industry has achieved greatly after nearly twenty-year development. However, some problems exposed at the same time which arise mostly because of deficiency in external environment. This study analyzed some important restraints, namely financing environment, supporting policy, business innovation capability and dynamics and regional opening degree. Based on it, some effective recommendation was provided.
