摘要
目的调查不同岗位医生心理健康状况与应对方式。方法采用症状自评量表SCL-90和简易应对方式问卷,对282名不同医院、不同岗位医生的心理健康状况和应对方式进行调查。并将结果与国内常模和健康成人进行比较。结果医生组SCL-90各指标与国内常模差异无显著性(P>0.05),医生组心理健康状况与性别、职称有关联。医生与健康成人在消极应对方式上差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。医生SCL-90的总水平,各因子(除躯体化因子外)与消极应对方式呈正相关,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论医生的心理健康状况与国内常模相同,与性别、职称有关联,并较少采用消极应对方式。
[ Objective] To investigate the psychological health status of doctors in different departments. [ Methods] SCL- 90 and simple questionnaires were applied to investigate the psychological health status of doctors in different departments of 282 hospitals. Comparison was made between the investigation result and the domestic norm. [Results] No significant difference was found in the index of the doctors＇ group and that of the norm （ P 〉 0.05）. The Psychological health status of the doctors＇ group is related with gender and technical post. Significant difference was found in the passive factors of SCSQ between the doctors＇ group and the healthy adult （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [Conclusion] The psychological health status of the doctors is as the same as that of the norm, it is related with gender and technical post and passive coping style is seldom adopted.
