摘要
当柴油机负荷作大幅和快速变化时,难以在氧气配比控制中保持闭式循环良好的空燃比。本文叙述了闭式循环柴油机配氧及监控实验台架,着重进行了前馈控制策略的实验研究。在实验中将负荷变化信号与氧气阀控信号的关系存入计算机,同时考虑了管道流动时延的影响。实验表明前馈补偿能使氧气控制的动态特性得到较大改善。
The provision of acceptable oxygen to fuel ratio during the combustion process imposes a strict specification upon the oxygen control system of closed cycle diesel when its load changes largely and fast. A test - rig for closed cycle diesel oxygen replenishment is developed and the emphasis is focused upon the experimental research on the feedforward compensation for oxygen control. The relationship between the load change and the oxygen control valve is established and recorded in computer. The effect of the pipeline transport delays is also considered. The experimental results show that oxygen control is greatly improved because of the rapid feedforward action.
