海洋放线菌Micromonospora sp.与细菌Oceanospirillum sp.发酵液中化学成分的研究 被引量:29

摘要 目的对海洋放线菌Micromonosporasp.与海洋细菌Oceanospirillumsp.发酵液的醋酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部分进行化学成分的研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等手段,利用理化和波谱分析方法,对海洋放线菌Micromonosporasp.与海洋细菌Oceanospirillumsp.发酵液中的化合物进行分离鉴定。结果与结论从放线菌Micromonosporasp.发酵液中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(Ⅰ);邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基-己基)酯(Ⅱ);麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ);胸腺嘧啶(Ⅳ)、丁二酸(Ⅴ)。从细菌Oceanospirillumsp.发酵液中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为3-异丙基-吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(Ⅵ);5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅶ);吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮(Ⅷ);胸腺嘧啶(Ⅳ);尿嘧啶(Ⅸ);甘露醇(Ⅹ)。化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ为首次从本属菌中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the fermentation liquid from marine actinomyces Micrornonospora sp. and bacteria Oceanospirillurn sp. Methods The compounds were separated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated based on chemical and spectral analyses. Result Five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions of the fermentation liquid from Micrornonospora sp.. Their structures were determined as dibutylphthalate( Ⅰ ); phthalic acid bis-(2-ethyl-hexyl) ester( Ⅱ ) ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3β-ol(Ⅲ ) ;thymine ( Ⅳ ); amber acid ( Ⅴ ), respectively. Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions of the fermentation liquid from Oceanospirillurn sp.. Their structures were determined as 3-isopropyl-pyrrolopiperazine-2,5- dione ( Ⅵ ) ;5α, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (Ⅶ ) ; pyrrolopiperazine-2,5-dione ( Ⅷ) ; thymine(Ⅳ) ; uracil(Ⅸ) ; mannitol( Ⅹ ), respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
