摘要
微晶玻璃/金属复合新型装饰材料是一种具有绿色环保、质轻、方便安装、装饰性强等多种优良性能的复合材料。在微晶玻璃与金属基体复合过程中,金属基体的表面处理及预氧化处理对两者结合质量有较大的影响。本文借助SEM及电子探针等测试手段从微观角度对金属基体进行了研究,并初步探讨了金属基体的氧化机理。
Glass-ceramic/metal composite materials is a kind of decorative material with the properties of environment-protecting, lightness and decorative etc. During compounding of glass-ceramic and metal,the metal surface thermal treatment and advancing oxidation had great influence on the joint between glass-ceramic and metallic substrate. The technics of metal surface thermal treatment and the metal oxidation treatment temperature were studied using SEM and EPMA testing method in this paper, and the mechanism of metal oxidation was also discussed.
