封闭群ICR小鼠肠道寄生虫感染情况调查

Survey on Intestinal Parasitic Infection in ICR Mice in Xi'an

目的调查西安市实验小白鼠肠道寄生虫感染情况。方法采用解剖法取小鼠肠道内容物于光镜下检测。结果共检出肠道寄生虫四种:微小膜壳绦虫、管状线虫、四翼无刺线虫和鼠贾第鞭毛虫,并且以混合性感染为主。结论西安市Ⅰ级封闭群ICR小白鼠肠道寄生虫感染严重且多种寄生虫混合感染显著。

Objective To investigate the infection of parasites in ICR mice in Xi＇ an. Methods The mice were sacrificed and parasitic infection was examined microscopically. Results Four genera of parasites were detected： Hymenolepis nana, Syphacia obvclata, Aspiculuris tetraptera and Giardia muffs. Conclusion The intestinal parasitic infection is serious among ICR mice in Xi＇ an, and it is mainly mixed infection of several types of parasites.
