南方电网是我国第一个交直流混合运行的大电网,直流落点集中,西电东送通道长期压极限运行,电网稳定问题较突出。同时,南方电网地理气象条件复杂,雷害、污闪、台风、覆冰等问题严重威胁电网安全。因此南方电网必然是一个结构复杂、科技含量高、运行驾驭难度大的电网。文中系统地阐述了南方电网的技术特点,总结了中国南方电网公司为保证南方交直流混合电网的安全稳定运行在调度运行控制方面所做的工作及安全措施,如注重电网稳定特性分析、加强安全稳定控制系统的建设和管理、强化PSS运行管理、合理调控交直流功率分配等问题。

Southern Power Grid is the first larger hybrid AC/DC operation power network in China, which is a power grid with complex structure, higher technology content and difficulty to operate and controL This paper elaborated the technical characteristics of Southern Power Grid, summarized the works and safety measures of dispatching and operating control done by China Southern Power Grid Corp. to guarantee the safe and stable operation of hybrid AC/DC Southern Power Grid, such as emphasizing power system stability analysis, strengthening construction and management of safe and stable control system, reinforcing PSS operation management, reasonable adjusting and control the distribution of AC/DC power.
