火电厂循环水的优化控制实践

摘要 文章以三河发电厂1号循环水泵逻辑改造为例,在详细分析其循环水系统运行中存在问题的基础上,介绍了如何调整循环水泵运行方式和联锁保护逻辑关系,以实现安全优化运行,保障单台循环水泵运行时的机组安全性能,提高了机组运行的可靠性,取得了显著的经济效益,如头年10月到次年3月,均采用单泵运行,平均月节电10000kWh。 With the logic -retrofit of NO. 1 circulating water pump ha sanhe power plant as an example, on the basis of the detail analysis of problems existing ha the operation of circulating water system, this paper briefs how to adjust the logic relationship of operating mode of circulating water pump and interlocking protection to realize the safety optimization operation,quaranteeing the safety performance of the generating unit with single circulating water pump ha operation,with the operation reliability of the unit raised.
