Jianmin Wu:explain“China Dream”clearly to the world

我相信中国崛起的过程中一定会有“中国梦”,现在我真是希望有人能够把“中国梦”是什么讲清楚。中国经济28年来高速成长后面是什么?是有一批人在拼命奋斗,这些人的故事,他们的成功本身不就是“中国梦”的体现吗?

Jianmin Wu, China's former ambassador to France, is a Chinese diplomat with 43-year experience. He ever worked as translator for Chairman Mao Zedong and Premier Zhou Enlai. He was also among the first Chinese who were sent to the United Nations by China. In 1998, he became China's ambassador to France and procured the exchange visiting between President Jiang and Chirac. He also brought a wave of 'China wind' in France. The 'Chinese Culture Year' organized by Wu had a very strong impact. In 2003, he became President for both China Foreign Affairs University and International Exhibitions Bureau. Currently, Wu is trying to transfer his diplomatic power into resources for economic development. 'I believe there must be a 'China Dream' in the process of China's growing up to be a strong power. Now I really expect somebody could explain the 'China Dream' clearly to the whole world', said Wu. And he has been doing something for this.
