新药长毒试验动物血液生化测定规范化研究系列之二——样品制备方法对血液生化值的影响

Effects of Preparation Methods of Blood Samples on Biochemical Measurement

目的探讨血液不同制备方法对其血液生化值的影响。方法采用全自动生化仪对不同制备方法血液中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBil)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cre)、葡萄糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(CHO)等生化值进行测定。结果相同动物血清血浆、不同离心温度及禁食后不同时间点采血均影响血液生化值。结论建议在长毒试验动物血液生化测定中,对测定样品的制备方法应进行规范与统一。

Objective To observe the effects of blood sample preparation methods on biochemical values. Methods By using automatic biochemical analyzer, the biochemical values of blood samples prepared by different methods were compared, Results Some biochemical values of blood samples prepared by different methods were significantly different. Conclusion it is important to unify the preparation methods for blood samples in animals during chronic toxicity testing studies.
