摘要
根据灰色系统理论,提出一种城市轨道交通建设项目施工招标的评标方法。在评标过程中,按关联度大小排序,从而选择施工单位,并用实例说明该法的有效性。
Based on the gray - system theory, a method for evaluation of bids for urban rail transit construction projects is presented. The construction bids are ordered by the values of the relevance degree. The validity of this method is illuminated by an example.
