我国正处于城市化快速发展时期,城市急剧膨胀,土地的集约利用是个重要的课题。通过对我国城市化现状及土地利用现状的分析,研究了城市土地集约利用与城市化的关系,指出合理编制土地利用规划,合理地制定城市发展战略,利用土地市场进行土地资源的配置是实现城市土地集约利用的有效途径。

Our country is being in the fast development period of urbanization, the city inflates suddenly, so the land intensive use is an important topic. Through analyzing the urbanization present situation and the land use present situation in our country, the author has studied the relationship between the urban land intensive use and the urbanization, and has pointed out the reasonable establishment of land use planning, the reasonably formulates of the urban development strategy, and the disposition of land resource by the land market is the effective way to realize the urban land intensive use.
