经济发达地区农村居民点用地时空演变的驱动力研究

Study on the Driving Force of Changing in Land-use of Rural Residential Land by both Time and Space in the Developed Area

为了弄清楚农村居民点用地时空演变的规律性,找出导致农村居民点用地随时间变化的驱动力,本文以青岛市 2000-2003年农村居民点用地为依据,选取10项社会经济指标,利用主成分分析法分析青岛市农村居民点用地变化的驱动因子。分析结果表明:影响青岛市农村居民点用地变化的因素为经济发展动态因素和社会系统因素。

In order to find out the regularity of rural area changing in both time and space, and the driving force of such change by time, in this paper, on the basis of land-use in rural residential land during 2003-2004 in Qingdao city, selects ten social and economical indicators, then analyzes the driving factors of change in such area.
