实验室制备盐酸普鲁卡因成盐条件的探索 被引量:5

摘要 通过多次选用不同的溶剂溶解普鲁卡因,选择用浓盐酸调节不同的pH,比较收率。最佳成盐条件为:以价格便宜,污染小的无水乙醇作溶剂,用浓盐酸调节pH至5.5,收率可达43.3%(以普鲁卡因计)。改变了过去实验教学中其收率常常为0的结果。 Experimental parameters such as solvent , PH regulator and PH were optimiyed for the crystalliyation of procaine(INN) hydrochloride. It was found that crystalline procaine hydrochloride can be preparel with the recories of 43.3 % at pH 5.5 if ethanol is thud as PH regulator.
