This paper firstly explains the ETC,then talks about advantages and constructions of developing ETC.A1 the same time,the paper refers to how ETC combining our country＇s conditions develops itself.At last,problems of ETC in China are analysed in this paper and several shallow suggestions are supplied in this paper.
