摘要
介绍了用CO2气提技术对传统的水溶液全循环法尿素工艺进行高压圈改造的专利技术,重点在于从技术上讨论该专利实施时的工程可行性问题,即原全循环工艺在引入CO2气提技术后高压圈工艺条件的改变、增产节能幅度,中压吸收系统的优化及蒸发部分的改造,侧重于工程设计的技术问题。
The paper describes the patented innovation in HP loop of traditional urea process containing total water solution recycle technology. The major poiot of the Paper is on the engineering applicability of the patent during its implemeutation, regarding the change of process conditions of HP loop after introducing the CO2 stripping into the ordinary total recyde process, the margin of prodoction increments and energy savings, the optimization of MP absorbing system as well as the modifications of evaporation section etc. with emphasis on the engineering design problems.
