Failure analysis of mechanical seal for the reactors in PTA plants and its countermeasures

对ＰＴＡ装置釜用搅拌机机械密封故障进行了分析。从操作、检修等方面提出解决问题的对策，在实际应用中取得了良好效果，并对目前存在的问题提出了改进措施。

The failures were analysed of the mechanical seal of the stirrers in PTA plants ,some countermeasures in operation. check, and repair were proposed, and good results were obtained. Finally,some improvements were proposed for existing problems.
