走出医院合资(引资)设备经营管理中的误区

Amending errors in joint-venture medical equipment management

随着我国社会主义市场经济的确立,军队医院在医疗设备的采购、更新以及对外医疗合作方面也呈现出多样性,使医院医疗条件大大改善,但同时也给医疗设备的经营管理也带来了新的难度。通过对医院目前合资(引资)医疗设备经营管理过程中所存在的6种误区进行分析,希望通过管理者的共同努力,使医疗机构的各类设备管理更加合理, 使其充分发挥应有的作用和效益。

With the development of socialist market economy, there are many changes in procurement and renewal of medical equipment and cooperation with others in military hospitals, and thus medical facilities are improved, but some challenges are brought to management of medical equipment. This paper analyzes six errors in joint-venture medical equipment management and puts forward some proposals.
