乌司他丁对心内直视手术患者促炎性细胞因子的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨乌司他丁对心内直视手术患者促炎性细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法:选择28例心内直视手术患者,随机分成对照组(C组)和乌司他丁组(U组),每组各14例,U组于麻醉诱导后静脉注射乌司他丁12000U/kg,C组以生理盐水代替乌司他丁。分别在麻醉诱导后(T0),阻断升主动脉30min(T1),再灌注1h(T2),再灌注3h(T3)和再灌注6h(T4)测定血清IL-6和IL-8的浓度。结果:两组患者在麻醉诱导后血浆IL-6、IL-8水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),在T1后各时点两组血清IL-6、IL-8水平明显增高(P<0.05)。与C组比较,U组的IL-6、IL-8上升幅度明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:乌司他丁能明显抑制心内直视手术患者IL-6和IL-8的释放。
