摘要
利用新型溶胶一凝胶富勒烯涂层,采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法对PVC塑料制品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂在模拟体液(模拟人体汗液、模拟人体唾液)中的迁移行为进行了研究,对其固相微萃取条件和色谱分析条件进行了优化,并对PVC塑料制品在模拟体液中的浸泡条件进行了研究。该方法的最低检出限分别为0.082~0.730μg/L(模拟人体汗液)和0.0791~1.3700μg/L(模拟人体唾液),回收率为82%~107%;RSD〈8%。
The migration of phthalates in PVC plastic articles dipped in simulate body fluid (such as simulate perspiration and simulate saliva) was studied by headspace solid - phase microextractiongas chromatography with a new type of sol - gel fullerene coating. The solid - phase microextraction conditions and the GC conditions were optimized, and the conditions of dipping PVC plastic articles in simulate body fluid were studied. The detection limits of this method were 0. 082- 0. 730 μg/L for simulate perspiration and 0. 079 1 -- 1. 370 0 μg/L for simulate saliva respectively. The recoveries of phthalates varied from 82% to 107% while the RSD was less than 8%.
