摘要
通过对传统人力电石小车的研究,提出了电动电石小车的新模型。通过设计计算,在电动电石小车中采用了传动装置,并对其电机、减速机、刹车器等设计参数进行了分析,选取了合适的型号,成功地研制出电动电石小车。运行结果表明,改进后的电动电石小车克服了传统电石小车的许多缺陷,减少了人力投入,提高了自动化控制水平,增大了电石的运送量。
After investigating and studying the conventional manual carbide pushcarts, a new model of motor - driven ones was raised. A transmission device was adopted through design calculation. Such design parameters as motor, reduction gear and brake were analyzed and rational models were selected, then a motor - driven carbide pushcart was made successfully. The operation results showed the modified motor - driven carbide pushcarts overcome many defects in the conventional ones. The manpower needed decreased, automatic control level improved, and the conveying capacity increased.
