摘要
通过分析制造资源网络协同环境下的制造资源特性和用户需求,提出广义制造能力资源模型的概念,该模型广泛地反映出资源的制造能力,支持制造资源优化配置。运用面向对象技术剖析资源模型的内涵,基于系统用户的需求构建二维模型结构框架:有形能力资源对象类和无形能力资源对象类,它们从不同的角度、不同的层次描述企业的制造能力。在此框架基础上建立基于中性机制的STEP的资源模型。通过以上分析,组建系统的资源管理体系,形成资源初始化模块、资源成长模块和资源管理模块三个模块,体现出资源模型的动态性、开放性。
Based on analyzing the speciality of manufacturing resource and users' demand, a concept of the resource modeling oriented generalized manufacturing capability is put forward. The modeling widely reflect manufacturing capability of resource, and sustain resource optimizing configuration. With object-oriented technology, the meaning of resource modeling is deeply analyzed. And with the demand of system users, the model' s framework is constructed:tangible and intangible capability resource, which can describe manufacturing capability of enterprise from distinct angles. Under the framework, the modeling on STEP is constituted. Then the architecture of resources management is builded, which has three modules of resource initialization, resource development, and resource management. They represent dynamic and open resource.
