摘要 论述原木节子视频检测方法,提出节子视频特征和内部分布的数学模型。通过对节子图像进行修正、增强、边缘检测等处理,提取节子的形状特征参数。利用数学模型模拟节子的三维图像,实现节子的计算机模拟和定位。为原木加工中的节子自动化剔除处理和避开节子最优下锯定位提供基础理论和视频检测技术,为制材数控系统的编程提供具体方法。实现原木节子分布与形态的视频再现,达到视频研究原木节子的空间形态和分布规律的目的。 This paper discusses the video measuring method for knot on the log. It puts forward the mathematics model of video characteristics and inside distribution of knot. We get the parameters of shape characteristics of knot through the processing of revising, strengthening and edge measuring for the image of knot. We simulate three-dimension image of knot using mathe- matics model, and then realize the computer simulation and localization of knot. It provides the basically theory and the video measuring technology for rejecting knot automatically and avoiding knot to make the localization of sawing optimally in log processing. And provides the concrete method for the programming of numerical control system in wood production as well. It realizes the video reproduction of distribution and form of knot on the log so that we achieve the goal of studying the space form and the distribution law of knot on the log.
