摘要
干旱情况下的黄河水量调度包括水流过程、效益迁移过程以及经济补偿过程,涉及大量分散的信息,采用符合J2EE规范的AAF应用框架,建立了基于W eb的干旱情况下应急调水的仿真系统,模拟应急调水中的沿程水流演进、水电站发电损失、灌区农业损失和下游受水区受益的全过程。进行了实例计算,能为管理者的调水及补偿决策提供有效的信息支持。
The arid water dispatch in the Yellow River includes the process of water flow, profit transition and economic compensation. It also involves a lot of distributed information. A simulation model based on Web for water dispatch is set using the AAF application frame according to J2EE. This model can simulate the entire process of the water flow, the loss of power station and the loss of irrigation ditches and the income of downstream districts. An example is given and the purpose is to provide information for administrators'decision.
