Use and Exploitation of NHD Purification Technology

NHD脱硫、脱碳技术具有能耗低、净化度高、设备和流程简单等特点,已在合成氨、甲醇和醋酸生产企业的脱硫、脱碳中得到了成功应用,并取得了丰富的实践经验。近年来,又全力开发NHD技术在焦炉气脱硫中的应用,并取得了突破性的成果,为实现焦炉气制甲醇技术的工业化提供了有效的脱硫工艺。

The NHD technology for desulfurization and CO2 removal has the features of low energy consumption, high degree of purification and simplicity in equipment and process flow, and has been used successfully in desulfurization and CO2 removal in ammonia, methanol and acetic acid manufacturing enterprises lately, obtaining rich practical experiences. In recent years this technology has been fully developed to be used in the desulfurization of coke oven gas, producing breakthrough results, and thereby providing an efficient desulfurization process for the realization of industrialization of the technology for the production of methanol from coke oven gas.
