摘要
在Cu-Zn-Al甲醇催化剂制备工艺的基础上,研制出了合成气一步法制二甲醚催化剂。经过实验室试验、评价,确定的最佳工艺条件为压力3.0-4.0 MPa、温度260-290℃、空速1 000-1 500h-1、合成气中H2 体积分数70%-80%、CO体积分数6%-8%、CO2体积分数4%-5%,在该条件下CO转化率大于85%,二甲醚选择性大于90%,二甲醚的收率达65%以上,催化剂表现出良好的活性、选择性和稳定性。
On the basis of the process for the preparation of the Cu-Zn-AI methanol catalyst, a catalyst is developed for the manufacture'of dimethy] ether from syngas in one-step. Through experiments in the laboratory and assessment, the optimum process conditions are defined, and they are: pressure at 3.0 ~ 4.0 MPa, temperature at 260 ~ 290 ℃, space velocity of 1000 ~ 1 500 h^-1, volume fraction of H2 in syngas of 70% ~80%, CO volume fraction of 6% ~8% , and CO2 volume fraction of 4% ~5%. Under these conditions, CO conversion is over 85% , dimethyl ether selectivity over 90%, dimethyl ether recovery above 65%, and the catalyst displays excellent activity, selectivity and stability.
