摘要 固定层间歇式煤气发生炉排放的低温吹风气具有较高的潜热。通过采用非预混、蓄热型、不用合成弛放气、不用排烟引风机的微正压型低阻力降系统设计技术,并配套采用专用的微正压吹风气蒸汽锅炉机组,实现了吹风气潜热的高效集中回收及热力发电,取得了可观的经济效益。 The low-temperature blown gas discharged from the fixed-bed intermittent gasifier contains high latent heat. By the design technology for a slightly positive pressure low pressure drop system, which needs no premixing, is of the regenerative type, and uses no purge gas from synthesis nor an induced draft fan, but employs an accessory special steam boiler set for slightly positive pressure blown gas, thus realizing the highly efficient centralized recovery of the latent heat in the blown gas and thermal power generation, with considerable economic benefits.
