A two dimensional mathematical model was developed for simulating glassmelt flow and heat transfer in a glass melting tank.The flow model presented here also integrates with submodels for bubbling and electrical boosting.The distribution of thermal history in glassmelts was giver by tracing the pull flow path,which would be more effective for further studying the melting and homogenizing processes within glassmelts.The effect of bubbling and electrical boosting was evaluated with thermal history and refining index.
