摘要
教师职业认同是教师专业化发展需要奠定的心理基础。职业认同是多方面、动态、变化发展着的过程。其中,自我和反思是职业认同中基本的要素,通过自我反思,教师把个体经验与社会期望结合起来,形成他们作为教师的自我形象。
Professional identity of teacher can be regarded as a psychological basis for professional development. Professional identity is multi-dimensional, complex and dynamic process. Self and reflection are the essential elements for professional identity. and feelings to the expectation of the society Through self-reflection, teachers relate their experiences, knowledge and form their self-images as teachers
