随着社会发展和教育地位的提高,教师工作倦怠问题受到社会日益关注。本文从教师工作倦怠的研究历史、含义、研究方法、影响因素与模式四个方面总结了国外有关教师工作倦怠问题的研究成果,以期对我国的教师工作倦怠研究能有所助益。

Teachers＇ job burnout has increasingly become a concern with the development of the society and the enhancement of the status of education. This article summarizes the achievement of the research on teachers＇ job burnout abroad including history of the research, meaning, research methods, affecting factors and models. It intends to be relevant to the research on teachers＇ job burnout in our country.
