摘要 提出了一种客观、准确的基于计算机图像处理进行大米色泽检测的思路。介绍了目前常用的两种颜色模式RGB模型与HSI模型在大米色泽检测中的应用。通过分别绘制大米图像的R、G、B直方图求出大米颜色的R、G、B值,然后将RGB模型转化为HSI模型,求出大米图像的H、S、I值,根据色度图求出的大米色泽与实际大米色泽基本一致。 Rice color is an important index that eftects white rice grade. A way to detect rice color objectively and accurately was provided based on image processing technique by computer. Two kinds of typical color models RGB and HIS, which are usually applied in rice color detection at present, were introduced. R-value, G-value and B-value of rice color were determined through respective drawing of R-histogram, G-histogram and B-histogram, and then RGB model was converted to HSI model, so as to determine H-value, S-value and I-value of rice color. Rice color determined based on chromaticity diagram was substantially consistent with actual rice color.
