摘要
分别采用转轴式和转鼓式两种不同的反应器进行醋糟固态发酵试验,并对试验结果进行对比。试验结果表明在相同的试验条件下,采用转鼓式反应器进行发酵,产物中生物量、酶活、真蛋白质含量等各项指标均优于转轴式反应器。
The solid-state fermentation of vinegar brewer's grains was tested through two different kinds of rotating shaft and rotating drum reactors, and the experimental results were compared. The experimental results showed that the various indexes such as biomass, enzyme activity, true protein content and so on through the rotating drum reactor were all superior to those through the rotating shaft reactor under the same experimental conditions.
