摘要
针对基于数字信号处理器TMS320F2812控制的薄板铝合金变极性脉冲焊设备,选择ATMELAT89S8252单片机和SD7218A智能键盘显示控制芯片,采用DSP+MCU的通讯方式,设计了数字化人机交互系统。该系统能够实现焊接工艺参数设置、修改、保存、调用,能够实时显示焊接参数,并有良好的兼容性。试验证明:系统运行稳定,控制精度高,抗干扰能力强,人机界面友好,操作方便。
Aiming at AC PMIG welding power source based on TMS320F2812,whieh used for welding of aluminium alloy sheet, anti adopting the mode of MCU plus DSPoit designs a mun-machine inteface system by adopting MCU AgT9S8252 and intelligent keyboard/display chip SD7218A,which realizes the the setting,storage,transferring and real-time display for welding parameters and proves reliable, highly praise and compatible in welding.
