摘要 通过铝及铝合金焊接特点的分析,比较TIG、MIG、PAW不同焊接方法的优缺点;对不同板厚的防锈铝进行大量的变极性等离子焊接工艺试验,总结出变极性等离子焊接铝合金对设备的要求,以及分析等离子焊接工艺参数对成形的影响,制定了一套成熟的焊接工艺参数。试验结果表明:立焊变极性等离子焊接中厚板铝及铝合金有着明显的工艺优势,可以实现单面焊双面成形,焊前清理要求低,焊缝可达到I级。 This paper compares the advantages and disadvatages between TIG, MIG and PAW by analyzing the welding characteristics of aluminum and aluminum alloys .It has concloded the requirement to the equipments of the variable polarity plasma arc. welding and analyzed the influence of plasma are weldhig technical parameter on the shape of seam by lots of technical experiments of variable polarity plasma are welding for LF series aluminum-alloy in different thiekness ,as well as formed a integrate parameters.The experiment indicates that the variable polarity plasma are welding in the vertical position has very strong superiority for middle thickness sheets, which can realize forming in double-shape by single side welding without groove preparation and lower requirement of cleaning before welding,as well as reach I level.
