Aluminium-alloy is an ideal material to make the automobile lishtened.But some factors prevent aluminium-alloy from being used more widely in automobiles.The paper introduces the welding knowledge of aluminium-alloy from following aspects：welding technical characteristic ,the choice of welding technique ,preparation before welding,spat welding prtocess and inspection.
