摘要
针对县级电业局业扩报装业务复杂、工作流程变动频繁等特点,运用可视化标准建模语言(UML)构建了业扩报装系统的框架模型,并开发了实用的业扩报装系统。此系统满足了电力系统信息管理的无纸化、网络化、可视化及智能化的要求,使工作效率显著提高,工作条件明显改善,该系统已经在河北河间等几个县局投入使用并取得了预期的效果。
Aim at the characteristic, such as the business process is complicated and the working process is frequently changeable in the county power administration, the visual unified Modeling Language （UML） is adopted, the systematic frame model of business process has been structured, and the practical business process system have developed. The system works with no paper at all, and the requirements of using network, visual and intelligence have been met, the working efficiency can be increased notably, the working condition can be improved obviously. This kind of system has been used in several county power bureaus of Hebei, and has procured anticipated result.
